     This axle and hub flange is made of 4140 Chrome Moly Steel hardened to a 48-50 Rc. (Rockwell Hardness).
  Far superior to the soft original metal.  We use a much larger assembly thread, lock washer and
nut 7/8" 14 UNF Grade 8.  In addition, we use the same size bearings for the inner and outer bearing
which greatly improves durability.  All new bearings and parts are made in the U.S.A.
